Mr. Balcom's Tumble Log

Fri Oct 10
Home from class. The drive was uneventful. Finishing up writing some software evaluations that are due tomorrow.
Done in the Lab heading home.
Retweeting the article I was mentioned in from Scholastic Instructor Magazine: http://tinyurl.com/6ltbpu
Listened intently for 2 hours as my instructor explained painstakingly how to write a paper. And when I say painstaking, I mean painfully.
As I was walking into class minutes ago, I realized I was wearing my nasty lawmowing flip-flops. Oh well. Just not very comfortable.
My bag is packed and I’m heading out the door. Weekend here I come!!!
Check another week of quality learning off the calendar. Getting things ready for home.
Heading home for lunch.
Two of my students will be attending the Plum Creek Children’s Literature Festival Today. http://www.cune.edu/about/2040/ Have fun girls!
At work and eager to teach on this beautiful autumn morning in the heartland. Happy Friday all!!
